We offer to ship to only Pakistan. Orders are generally shipped within 36 hours. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order within 24-36 hours, you will be contacted by email or phone and alternative arrangements can be made, at your request. Please note that an order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped.

• All return requests must be received by email or by Whatsapp (03090420457). Please note that returns are not permissible after 15 days from the date of receiving the products. Refunds will be subject to a 0% restocking fee. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
• Returned products must be in original packaging and in mint condition. It is recommended that products being returned are insured using a traceable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
